One-on-One In-Person Strength Training

 

If you want expert eyes on your movement, real-time coaching, and a structured plan built specifically for you — in-person training gives you exactly that.

This is hands-on, focused coaching designed around your body, your goals, and your starting point.

You don’t just show up and sweat.
You learn how to move better, build strength safely, and understand what your body needs to keep progressing.

Investment & Commitment

In-person training is $55 per 60-minute session.

Because availability is limited to evenings and weekends, sessions are reserved on a consistent weekly basis to ensure progress.

Spots are limited to maintain personalized attention and focused coaching.
