About Better You Fitness

I’m Lauri, and I help everyday people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies in a way that actually fits real life.​ Most of my clients are not training for an event or chasing extreme goals. They want to feel capable again. They want their body to work better day to day. They want a plan that makes sense and support that doesn’t feel intimidating.​That’s where Better You Fitness comes in.

How I Coach

I believe in purposeful training that respects both the body and the person doing the work.

Workouts are structured, progressive, and adaptable. Strength and movement quality come first, and everything is scaled so clients can build confidence while still being challenged. The goal is not to do more for the sake of doing more. The goal is to move better, get stronger, and feel more capable over time.

 

Consistency beats intensity every time.

Experience and Credentials

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with experience coaching a wide range of ability levels in both group and individual settings.

More importantly, I coach real people with real schedules, real limitations, and real goals. Everything I do is built around helping clients feel successful, capable, and supported.
