In Person
Personal Training

One-on-one, hands-on coaching focused on your unique needs. Improve movement, build strength, and train with confidence through personalized support.

60 minute session is $55

Before working with Lauri, walking up and down stairs was difficult and I had to cling to the handrail because my knees felt unstable. Daily tasks like getting up off the floor, lifting dishes and appliances, and even holding babies felt hard.

Since training with Lauri, stair navigation is strong and I no longer need the handrail. Lifting, pulling, and pushing in daily life is easier, and I feel stronger throughout the day. I am also sleeping better and no longer need my CPAP machine.

Lauri’s coaching style is encouraging, direct, and results-driven with a clear plan. She focuses on building confidence while helping you move better and get stronger. Training with her has been completely worthwhile and has helped me feel more confident, capable, and independent.
